Paid writing opportunities: 8 new Types of Jobs titles

As part of our commitment with Graduate Prospects to produce relevant careers resources, we are introducing eight new Types of Jobs titles onto the Prospects website to add to the extensive list of Types of Jobs (occupational profiles) we already publish with Graduate Prospects.

As each of the titles need to be written from scratch, we're offering £400 per title. This work has to meet the writer guidelines and deadline, and include submission of at least one case study.

New titles

• Digital copywriter
• Family support worker
• Health psychologist
• Nuclear engineer
• Primary care graduate mental health worker
• SEO specialist
• Product manager
• Teaching assistant

Working on a new Types of Jobs title involves researching and writing the text, sourcing case studies and submitting the work as a Word document to deadline. You will be allocated an AGCAS editor for guidance and help.

The deadline for submitting the complete profile and case studies is Monday 11th April 2016.

Next steps

If you're interested, please submit a bid, which includes a summary of why you would be ideal for the task. Consider the following:

• Have you got research/writing experience? An interest in these subjects?
• Do you work with students from these particular degrees?
• Do you know alumni/friends/family you could get in touch with for case studies?
• Do you have links with university departments who could advise/put you in touch with alumni?

Please email your bid by Monday 18th January to editors@agcas.org.uk.

This is a great opportunity to hone your skills, expand your knowledge and enrich the content on the Prospects website for the benefit of students, graduates, careers professionals and the wider HE community.
