Research Workshop, (2 days), Warwick

    The course is designed and delivered by the course team at Warwick.  It is designed for participants of all backgrounds, including those who have no or little experience of research.  It is also useful for those seeking a refresher or with experience of research in different context.

    By the end of the course, participants will be able to;
    undertake a literature review and frame research questions
    develop a research strategy and data collection methods
    discuss ethics and values in relation to research in our field
    design a structure for writing-up

    explore avenues for potential publication

    There is time built in for individual questions and comments.  It is also an opportunity to meet with fellow students from a range of backgrounds.

    You must register on the Research Project module with Warwick at least one month before the workshop runs to ensure you are familiar the introductory on-line course materials and have completed the pre-course work.

    How to book

    If you are an enrolled AGCAS/Warwick student and you would like to attend, please complete the online module registration with Warwick using your online Course Handbook.  The cost of the workshop is included in the standard module fee.  If you have any questions please email Career Studies at Warwick.
