    A one-day session, delivered by an ex-graduate employer, for careers and employability professionals who are supporting clients through the early stages of the graduate recruitment process.

    This interactive workshop lifts the lid on how recruiters shortlist and screen candidates, and will give you an opportunity to use the scoring and screening techiques during the day.

    Careers and employability professionals involved in supporting clients through the early stages of graduate recruitment processes.

    What will you get out of it?

    By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

      •   Score and shortlist candidate application forms.
      •   Score and shortlist video/telephone interviews.
      •   Score and shortlist using verbal and numerical reasoning test results.
      •   Feel more confident advising clients on how early screening tests are scored
           and how to improve their performance.
