How to understand and use data. Why is it important?, Newcastle

  1. Tue 12 Jun

    The aim of this AGCAS NE Regional training day is to:

    - provide information and context around the HE Data Landscape;

    - showcase examples of good use of data to inform practice;

    - and demonstrate ways of developing skills in the effective use of data.

    Delivered by the current AGCAS Director for Graduate Outcomes, this session will give attendees a comprehensive picture of the use data in Higher Education Careers. As well as an overview of the data landscape currently affecting services, the session will showcase effective uses of data to leverage influence within and outside of your own institution. Finally, the session will demonstrate some ways in which you can develop your own skills in the effective use of data to inform your own practice and enhance your role.
