Supporting the Transition - Careers Service Support to Disabled Students and Graduates, Sheffield

A one-day event designed and delivered by the AGCAS Disability Task Group aimed at careers staff to help disabled students and graduates progress beyond their current course.
It will benefit AGCAS members and non-members who work with, or who are interested in support for, disabled students and graduates.
Course content
The day will cover disclosure of disability and reasonable adjustments, with some specific coverage of mental health issues. There will be input on Access to Work initiatives, in addition to information on useful resources and external support organisations.
