This year's conference theme is Getting ahead of the game. The theme reflects the fact that graduate recruitment is a competitive market, so it's all about how to make sure you get your share of top talent at a time when you also need to achieve more with less.
The programme includes a selection of sessions designed to help you get ahead by finding solutions to the challenges that are facing your business, whether you are an employer, a university or a supplier.
