Membership criteria and categories
AGCAS Code of Practice
Member services of the Association of Graduate Careers Advisory Services (AGCAS) are required to sign up to the AGCAS Code of Practice, which outlines core principles and standards for member services and their staff.
Service Membership - UK and Ireland
The higher education careers service, or similar
Individuals working inside the member service
Individuals working outside the member service, but for the same organisation/institution
Service Membership - International
The higher education careers service, or similar, outside of the UK
Conference Membership (UK or Overseas)
Individuals who do not belong to a member service
For anyone who is studying full time for a Qualification in Careers Guidance (QCG), Qualification in Career Coaching (QCC) or any other Level 4-6 careers guidance qualification.
Career Break Membership
For anyone who is not currently working in higher education or in a role relating to a careers or employability, including self employment, but who may return to this area of work.
For anyone who is retired from working in higher education or in a role relating to careers or employability.
