Request for case studies

The AGCAS Publications Team is looking for your help with some of our publications. As many members already know, we research, write and update careers-related content, which is published on the Graduate Prospects website. The majority of our publications include case studies from recent graduates, which are used to provide a personal insight into a particular role or profession.

Graduate Prospects is looking for a small team of experienced HE careers professionals to help ensure the currency of Types of Jobs and to review the ratings for Prospects Planner.

Suggestions for new Job Profiles in 2017 wanted

As part of our joint commitment with Graduate Prospects to ensure career resources are relevant and current, AGCAS and Graduate Prospects are looking to further expand the series of Job Profiles in 2017. Please see the Prospects website for the full list of current Job Profiles and the AGCAS website for the list of new Job Profiles scheduled for 2016.




Paid writing opportunities: 9 new job profile titles
As part of our commitment with Graduate Prospects to produce relevant careers resources, we are introducing nine new Job Profiles onto the Prospects website: Anaesthetist; Construction manager; Film director; Life coach; Marine biologist; Neurologist; Personal trainer; Veterinary nurse; and Zookeeper.




New and updated AGCAS titles live on Prospects

Job profiles

AGCAS Job Profiles, produced in collaboration with Graduate Prospects, focus on the jobs that new and recent graduates are most likely to enter within their first five years of graduation. There are around 400 profiles in the series, each containing information about responsibilities, salary, qualifications, skills, work experience, employers, professional development and career prospects.

Volunteer writers! Update a Job Profile Updating a profile is a great opportunity to hone your skills, expand your knowledge and enrich the content on the Prospects website as well as serve the AGCAS community and your students.
