    This is an exciting new role which has been created to lead and expand Lancaster’s highly successful employability outcomes.

    Following a review of employability activity across the University, we are seeking to improve the way employability expertise are coordinated across different Faculties. This will include activities in support of new employability initiatives and projects alongside continued engagement with academic staff to further develop the delivery of employability alongside the curriculum.

    You will have a proven track record in employer engagement and successful relationship management, ideally gained within an HE or corporate recruitment environment or equivalent and a good understanding of global recruiter talent strategies.

    You will be an inspirational leader and excellent motivator of staff, with a proven ability to deliver results through people. You will have experience of designing and delivering careers education, information, advice and guidance or be experienced in similar activities such as graduate recruitment, training or teaching.

    This post will play a key role in providing leadership for the University’s employability and careers engagement activity, and management of the Careers Service and partnership working with employability activity in the University’s four faculties.
