    We are looking for someone with experience of marketing who is enthusiastic, data-driven and productive to join the ScotGrad team based in Edinburgh. You'll need an excellent understanding of social media channels, amazing communication skills, and knowledge of the graduate recruitment market to take on this exciting challenge. 

    The Role 

    ScotGrad is a multi-partner programme, involving AGCAS Scotland, Scottish Enterprise, and Highlands and Islands Enterprise, the Scottish Government, Skills Development Scotland and the Scottish Funding Council.

    The programme aims to match graduate talent with business growth related projects in small and medium sized businesses throughout Scotland, to increase graduate employability and help businesses to grow. To date, the programme has delivered over 1300 student and graduate placements across numerous sectors in Scotland .

    The Graduate Recruitment Manager is based at a Scottish University Careers Service (currently the University of Edinburgh) and markets to the programme to ensure that students and graduates submit quality applications for our fantastic paid placements. This role is a great opportunity to build relationships across Scotland and meet hundreds of enthusiastic candidates at careers fairs and events throughout the year. 

    Online promotion is key to ensuring that the programme is promoted effectively to our core audiences, and you will manage the content on our website, Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn. We also work with an experienced Marketing Agency, and you will be their key point of contact; commissioning work, approving content, and developing case studies about our fantastic associates and alumni.

    You will have contact with candidates and successful graduates throughout the recruitment process: answering enquiries; sending out welcome packs; coordinating attendance at our training courses; and connecting online. Some 87% of ScotGrad alumni are in graduate-level employment after their placement ends, and you will get the chance to share their success stories via the website and social media channels.
